BOOKING

To secure your in-office appointment, you can do so by booking at the link here. You will be required to input your credit card information to receive appointment confirmation.

Cancellation & No Show Policy

Clients are charged 100% fee for not showing up and 50% for late cancellations under 24 hours notice.

To avoid being charged as a late cancellation, please contact us 24 hours or more before your appointment, to reschedule your appointment.

Any client 20+ minutes late to their appointment may have their appointment cancelled or shortened to accommodate the updated time slot.

PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

You are required to fill out the COVID-19 Client Screening Form

You are required to have your teeth flossed and brushed & free from any food or drink items

Cancellations must be communicated with us at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time

Deposits are non-transferrable and non-refundable

AT YOUR APPOINTMENT

You will have your temperature checked at the door and are required to use the hand sanitizer provided or you may use your own

Please come on time! if you are >15 minutes late to your appointment, you may be cancelled

GUEST POLICY

At this time, no additional guests are allowed, unless they are being serviced as well.

Return and Refund Policy

Please allow 3-5 business days for processing. All sales are final, no refund or exchanges.

Any damage, missing items, or issues with your order must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at islandsmilestoronto@gmail.com with your order number, full name, and the details of your inquiry so we can assist you.

At Island Smiles, all of our products are kept in a sterile environment at the ideal temperature for the specific product. Please ensure all of your products are ordered correctly, we are only able to make changes to the parcels before they are shipped out, we are not able to accept any product back after it has left our facility for sanitary purposes.

All items are carefully inspected prior to leaving Island Smile’s warehouse. Damage occurring in transit is the responsibility of the carrier and goods must be examined upon receipt and noted on the bill of landing.

If you're outside of Canada, your order may be subject to customs fees. These are usually charged once your parcel arrives in its destination country, and it's the recipient's responsibility to pay these. If you do not pay, your order will be held or returned back to us and an additional fee will apply to have it re-shipped.

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from islandsmilesteethwhitening.ca (the “Site”).
