NOW HIRING: Registered Dental Hygienist
About the Role
Looking for a RDH to work in our office Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays. RDH would preform dental cleanings and occasional teeth whitening and tooth gem services! Social media experience is an asset, but not required. The new member of our team would be required to film from time to time for social media content (editing not required)
- Requirements -
RDH (previous experience teeth whitening or with tooth gems is not required (We will provide training)

Keep accurate records of upcoming clients/schedule
Ability and willingness to work in a busy, fast-paced environment
Willingness to create content (TikTok’s, reels, stories etc. example. a day in the life as an Island Smiles RDH)
Ability to implement brand voice in conversation with clients/customers
- Responsibilities -
Preform teeth whitening, cleanings and and tooth gem services on clients
Create social media content
Provide exceptional customer service
Create aftercare kits (for appointment prep)
Create chairside whitening kits (for appointment prep)
Complete documentation during client treatments
- Duties -
- Perform dental hygiene procedures, including cleaning teeth, removing plaque and tartar, and applying fluoride treatments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and provide recommendations for at-home care
- Maintain accurate patient records and update medical histories as necessary
- Follow infection control protocols to ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
- Schedule and confirm appointments, manage patient flow, and maintain a well-organized office
Please note that all applicants must have a valid RDH certification. Previous experience working as a Dental Hygienist is preferred but not required.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 – 24 per week
